User management

Biwee's back office allows you to configure your company and Biwee users.

Home

The home page presents your company and your total number of users by type:

  • Readers: user with access to .

  • Designers: users with access to the dashboard creation software.

  • Integrators: users with access to one or more companies.

Creating a user

To add a user to Biwee, click on "add a user" in the left menu of the back office.

Fill in the information of the new user.

User Type:

Default language:

Language used for display in Biwee and in emails.

Company:

Select the company to which the user will be attached.

Then click on "Add".

An email is then sent to you confirming the creation of the user.

An email is also sent to the user with his activation link allowing to define the password to access his account.

Mass creation of users through Excel files.

Click on "Import users" in the menu on the left of the back office and then on "select file".

The Excel file must have the following format:

Type: reader or designer.

Company: Company of the user. Company name as declared in Biwee.

The option "Send activation emails to imported users" allows you to send the Biwee account initialization email to all users. If this box is not checked, you will receive an email with an Excel file containing the activation link for each user.

Then click on "Import".

An email is sent to you with an Excel file attached containing a summary of the accounts created successfully, those that may have failed, as well as the activation links for the various accounts created.

If you have not checked the option "Send activation emails to imported users", you must then send the activation links to the different users created.

Deactivate a user

Click on the company to which the user to be deactivated belongs.

Then click on the pencil to the right of his name.

Uncheck the "Active" box.

Reader: read-only access to dashboards via .

Designer: access to the dashboard creation software and to .
